We’re thrilled to congratulate Sam Fore (@tuktuklex) and her talented team on the grand opening of Sam’s brick-and-mortar restaurant, Tuk Tuk Snack Shop, in Lexington, KY! 🥳

Starting today, Tuk Tuk Snack shop is open to the public and with a menu filled with Sam’s signature Southern meets Sri Lankan cuisine. Highlights include “The Webster,” a fried chicken sandwich with Sam’s Tuk Tuk Fried Chicken spice blend, Vadai Corndogs wrapped with lentil fitter batter, “The Duke”, an award-winning grilled cheese with tamarind caramelized onions, and much more.

A night to remember 😉 Our Charleston-based Sprout @laurenalligood_ had a fun-filled evening cooking (virtually) alongside @chefaflemings of @bluejaybistro for the restaurant’s annual cooking class fundraiser supporting @riperevival. The menu lineup? Chicken Tinga, Mexican Corn Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Hot Water Corn Bread, and a seasonally inspired margarita to boot.
