We love a list—and this is a BIG one! Our client @flatironhotelavl has been named to the Travel + Leisure 2025 It List, honoring the best new hotels in the world 🌎

From the best-in-class hospitality at @luminosaavl— the hotel’s popular Appalachian-meets-Italian restaurant—to the unmatched Blue Ridge Mountains views, and the 1920s-inspired speakeasy @redribbonsociety, this historic, adaptive reuse hotel is redefining what a luxury getaway looks like in Asheville.

Happy opening Day to M. Peppers 🇫🇷🥖 Louisville’s very own slice of France! Tucked inside the historic Bellwether Hotel, @bistrompeppers is the latest venture from Executive Chef/Partner Andrew McCabe (@andrewarvinmccabe) and Restaurateur/Partner Ryan Rogers (@butterandgold), the team behind the beloved @barvetti.

The M. Peppers menu pays homage to classic French cooking and highlights Chef Andrew’s vast experience with the cuisine. We’re already dreaming about the Steak Frites, Roast Chicken, Grand Aioli, and Le Burger M. Peppers. The carefully curated French and American wine list and classic cocktail offerings—like the Bellwether Old Fashioned and Hemingway Daiquiri—perfectly complement your dining experience.

This weekend we were at @cherrybombe’s annual Jubilee—an event celebrating women and creatives in food. As usual, @kerrybombe and her team curated an inspiring, delicious day filled with insightful panels and spreads from some of our favorite restaurants and brands. We connected with old friends and new, learned a ton, and cheered on our gal @carochambers when she took the stage. ⁠
