The just-passed Lulu’s Law authorizes local, state, tribal, and federal government authorities to quickly deploy geofenced warnings via the Wireless Emergency Alert system if a shark has attacked someone in the area.

Over the past few weeks, our team has been building buzz behind the scenes. One standout moment? The Golden Chopsticks campaign: an Instagram-based scavenger hunt across Tampa that had the city racing to uncover hidden prizes from the restaurant. 🥢

Clues dropped on O-Ku’s social channels, generating more than 20,000 views within hours, and every prize was claimed within minutes of each release. Tampa definitely showed up.

O-Ku is a modern Japanese restaurant rooted in traditional techniques and exceptional ingredients, featuring fresh seafood flown in directly from Tokyo’s top markets. The newest concept from Indigo Road Hospitality Group joins sister restaurant @marutampa just upstairs.

Last week, the Sprouthouse team attended F.E.A.S.T, @foodchainlex’s annual fundraiser celebrating the female chefs using food to drive real change. We were there to cheer on our client, Chef Brittany Kelly of @northofbourbonky, as she served her signature Fried Chicken Gumbo to a room full of Kentucky’s most passionate food lovers.
