Sprouthouse has been working with clients in Florida since the very beginning. And we’re thrilled to share the news that earlier this year we set up an official outpost in Tampa; and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege to work with some of Florida’s most exciting hospitality and restaurant brands. We’ve championed intimate wine festivals on 30A, helped open acclaimed restaurants in Alys Beach and Tampa, and collaborated with local favorites from the Panhandle all the way down to MICHELIN-starred dining in Miami. Most recently, we closed out 2025 with the openings of Scout Sports Tavern from Quest Hospitality on 30A and Corner Chophouse from Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Winter Park.
With more exciting openings across the state on the horizon, this felt like the right moment to put down roots.
Meet Chan Desai, Our Florida Lead
Behind every great outpost is a great person who knows the scene. Chan Desai is our Senior Account Manager on the ground in Florida, and she’s the real deal.
Chan brings years of communications experience to her work leading PR strategy for travel and hospitality brands. A USC-trained strategist with a Master’s degree in Communication Management, she’s known for a creative, data-informed approach that helps brands build cultural relevance and authentic connections. Originally from Zambia and now based in Florida, Chan is fluent in the market and passionate about the people and places that make it so special. Outside of agency life, she’s a photographer and founder of Discos & Dispos, a creative studio focused on capturing the human experience. She brings that same curiosity to every client she works with.
Chan is a dedicated, creative partner who truly gets Florida: the culture, the communities, the stories worth telling.
