From partners Fanny & Patrick Panella and Chefs Juan Cassalett (@juancassalett) and Jill Mathias (@jillmathias), you won't get closer to experiencing authentic European dining in Charleston than at one of their restaurants. Malagón offers an extensive menu of authentic Spanish tapas inspired by Chef Juan's family recipes and travels alongside a selection of market items oftentimes not found elsewhere—like Spain’s famous Marcona almonds and truffle potato chips—imported directly from the motherland. Chez Nous, recently recognized by @airmailweekly as the "Best Small Restaurant in America", is best known for its daily rotating menu of just six dishes—2 apps, 2 entrées, and 2 desserts—served in a charming, Charleston-style single. Bin 152 is the city's oldest and most respected wine bar, with one of the largest selection of wines available by the bottle or the glass alongside cheese and charcuterie.
