We’re excited to welcome another concept from @chefbcarter to our house: meet FARM Bluffton. Located in the heart of South Carolina’s coastal Lowcountry, @farmbluffton offers a menu that changes frequently based on the inspiration of Chefs Brandon Carter and @ashleycuhna. FARM opened in 2016 when Brandon, a chef, and Ryan Williamson, a farmer, came together to fulfill a lifelong dream of opening a restaurant rooted in the principle of locally sourced ingredients. Today, the predominately female-led kitchen offers global twists on Southern classics, with a heavy emphasis on highlighting ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and artisan producers.

About last night…
The @heritagefiretour landed in Charleston this weekend and the Sprouthouse team got to experience it first-hand. It’s been a pleasure helping plan and promote the Heritage Fire tour as it made its way through nine cities across the country this year. From Napa to Miami, it's a celebration of sustainable foods and live-fire preparations from each city's top chefs. It was especially fun to see and support even more Sprouthouse clients at the event, including @shamil_velazquez from @mineroji, @katsujitanabe from @averdemexican_cary, @creaturecomforts, @whiskeytangoed from @huskrestaurant, and @chefbolchoz from @indigoroad.

We’re officially in holiday mode here at Sprouthouse, which means a full social calendar! One of our must visit stops in Charleston this season is @brasserie_la_banque. To celebrate the holidays and to commemorate the restaurant’s first anniversary, Brasserie la Banque is featuring two “Taste & Toast” caviar specials throughout the month of December. Plus, a New Year’s Eve special – a true pièce de resistance 💫
